Key to Wellness | Setting Boundaries for a Healthy Life

I’ve got a question for you. How committed to yourself are you? How much do you want to have mental clarity, feel full of energy and have others notice how amazing you look? Do you want to live a long, healthy life?

Today, I’m going to share the number 1 thing that stops people from achieving their dreams. AND what you can do to make sure you’re not one of them!

Why am I sharing this with you? Because it’s time to cut through all the BS and just get straight to what works.

Often we want the results but we might not be committed to taking action consistently. A lot of people say to me “Hey Tyler, I started a juice fast but then I got hungry so I stopped!” or “I know I should walk every day but I start work really early!”. It’s a common thing to start off excited about something new and then over time and distance we get off track. 

Drawing a line in the sand is the secret to any transformation! 

The only difference for me is that I know where my line in the sand is when it comes to my own health. Sometimes I travel a lot and it would be easy to get off track but everything is a choice. I can find a way if I am truly committed, like still doing my meditation, even if it’s in the airport and getting creative when it comes to healthy eating options on the go. Or I could make excuses and think “I’ll get back on top of things when I’m home’”. 

The key is to stand strong on where you draw the line. This is how we build willpower and make progress in life. I will leave you with this ancient saying:

“Hell on earth would be at the end of your life to meet the person you could have been.”
