Fungal Infections | Natural Superfoods That Heal

Are you having issues with fungi?

Do you ever experience jock itch?

Or do you struggle with toenail fungus?

There’s even something called tinea or ringworm, where you might see strange little skin conditions and things going on.

Or maybe you have experienced thrush and have mucosal stuff coming out?

If you’re experiencing any these things, it’s probably because you actually have a fungal infection.

Why do we get fungal infections?

The reason we get fungal infections is because there’s an accumulation of acids in the body. When the body becomes acidic, it provides the perfect environment for certain fungi to start growing that couldn’t grow otherwise.

This is why people get athlete’s foot and toenail fungus. Through gravity, the acid actually goes to the feet.

How do you get rid of a fungal infection?

If you’re experiencing symptoms of a fungal infection, how do you actually get rid of it?

To clean up fungus in general you need to build up the good gut bacteria in your body. That will literally kick fungus out You can build a strong gut by incorporating the right types of foods that feed the probiotics inside our gut.

That could be nut or coconut yogurt, fermented foods like sauerkraut or kimchi or anything that really builds the gut. The good bacteria will then get rid of the fungus over a couple of weeks. Though it can potentially take 30 or more days to really build the gut.

What are the best foods to build up good gut bacteria?

There are three “super” foods you can use to build good gut bacteria. Two of them are very powerful foods.

#1: Garlic

Garlic is a massive antifungal food. The cool thing about garlic is that it’s also a prebiotic. This means, when you consume garlic, it actually feeds all the good gut bacteria that get rid of fungus and any bad bacteria.

If you have a tough time eating it by itself, I recommend chopping it up and putting it in some sauerkraut. It makes it a lot easier to consume.

#2: Coconut and coconut oil

Coconut is also a massive antifungal food. Consuming coconut and using coconut oil on the skin, and potentially even drinking a small amount of coconut milk or water, can kill a fungal infection inside of the body.

#3: Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar not only replaces and puts good bacteria into the body, but can actually kill fungus on the external parts of the body as well.

How do you use it?

There’s a couple of different ways. If you’re a woman, you could actually use about a half a cup of apple cider vinegar in a warm douche and clean your body out. If you decide to do this, I would also add sauerkraut juice to the mixture to create a really good balance in the ecology inside the vagina.

To use it for anybody else for external conditions, it’s literally as simple as putting a whole cup into a bath and soaking in it. The acids from the vinegar will start to kill off the fungal infection and it also helps replace the good bacteria in the skin.
