Health Goals | Simple Steps Towards a Vibrant Life

Good health doesn’t need to be complicated. So why is it?

Some people want you to believe that you need some kind of miracle pill or supplement or event to be vaccinated or take antibiotics to be healthy. I believe that’s simply not true and maybe it’s time we got back to basics.

People often think being healthy is going to be hard, expensive or even require a science degree just to figure it out. Add to that the endless stream of scientific jargon, studies written for corporate interests, and gurus promoting one diet while another promotes the exact opposite. No wonder people feel confused!

When we are bombarded with too much information, our brains can literally shut down from information overload. And do you want to know what happens next? People just keep doing what they’ve always done, and their health gets put in the ‘too-hard’ basket.

Keep it Simple

I like to keep things simple. Einstein once said “If you can’t explain it to a child, it’s probably not true.” That really resonates with me. The truth is, it’s the simple things in life that have the greatest impact. Breathing clean air, drinking clean water, getting out into the sun, exercising, eating well, doing what you love and making time for family and friends.

People often overlook these things because they are simple. But time and time again I’ve seen that when we take action on the little things, the bigger things take care of themselves.

Over the years I’ve had so many people coming to me feeling overwhelmed, stressed and confused about their health.

They were seeking simplicity, direction and focus and wanted to feel excited about health and life rather than it being a chore on their ‘to-do’ list.
