Alzheimers Treatment – How To Heal It Completely

A lot of people ask me if there is an Alzheimers treatment to possibly reverse it... Absolutely! Alzheimer’s disease is a loss of memory.

Let’s look at the word memory: the word “mem” is a Hebrew word which means “water,” and “ory” literally means “light.” So memory means water and light. So if I drink more water and go out into the Sun (which relaxes the corpus and brings information into our body through our eyes), then I am feeding my brain what it needs to retain its memory.

Look at what a lot of Alzheimer’s patients have been living on — Coca-cola, pop and junk drinks. There are even “nutritional drinks” that are full of garbage. These people have not been hydrating themselves! Over time and distance they take in less and less water, becoming more and more dehydrated. This takes a big toll on mental abilities and leads to Alzheimer’s.

My father took 10 Alzheimer’s Patients to Pensacola, Florida, and made them fast. He added a little bit of salt to their water to encourage hydration. He made them go out into the sun. He had them go into the ocean. Every single one of them came out healthier to varying degrees.

Another big part of preventing Alzheimer’s is using this big organ in your head. As people start to get older, they tend to stop using their brains as much. They sit around, watching TV, and aren’t as interactive with society. This is where dementia and Alzheimer’s begin. We need to be constantly active and sharing and having conversations about interesting things; we need to be studying and growing. When you don’t use your brain, it sends your brain a message that it is not useful and unnecessary. Eventually you go – Who am I? Where am I? What’s going on?

Also, stimulate the body with stimulating activity. If you know somebody with Alzheimer’s, get them interacting; get them doing stuff. Get them walking. That cross-parallel nature of walking can rewire the brain to do fantastic things.

So it’s a simple prescription to get rid of Alzheimer’s. First thing in morning, have a glass of water with a couple pinches of salt. Go for a 45-minute walk in the sun. Go for a swim in the ocean and do other activities. Be interactive with other people and add some nutrition as well. Foods like blueberries, walnuts, pecans, and different fruits stimulate the brain and enhance memory. A watermelon is a perfect example. It’s 93 percent water. Your brain is 93 percent water. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Use your melon!

  • Feed your brain with water and sunlight to retain memory.
  • Use your brain (so you don’t lose it).
  • Stimulate the body. Do exercise and other activities

What are some healthy foods to lose weight?

Wow! That is a really good question. There are a million cifferent diet plans to lose weight. With all these it is so confusing. I have tried so many. and none of them work. But if you simply look to Nature,if you simply take what Mother Nature has to offer, you will lose weight.

So in order to lose weight, you don't want to lose muscle, You want to lose fat. What's the best way to lose fat'? Stop eating fat. If you consume fats, your body puts on fat. You body can put on fat from lots of other things, but it's a lot tougher. So eat low-fat foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are very low in fat (as longs as you don't use fatty dressing on your salads). When you eat salads, put a splash of lemon or some vinegar on it. Get some nuts, grind them up, and you have a little bit of low-fat dressing. Make it simple.

Eat as much as you can. and then eat some more. You are used to eating very high calorie foods with low nutritional density. You need to eat high nutritional density food with low calories. But you will feel like you are not satiated and you are not full like you are used to. Just keep eating. I promise you that just eating papayas, mangoes, oranges, watermelon, veggies, salads - these type of things - you wil feel satiated. You will feel full and very quickly will start to feel more energy. Your digestive system will move, and within 5-7 days, you will find that the weight is starting to come off.

Now the fastest way to lose weight is to stop eating altogether. If you are not eating, you have got to lose weight, since you are going to use calories. Fasting is the fastest way to lose weight I am a big proponent of fasting, whether it is juice fasting, water fasting or intermittent fasting. I have followed it for years and facilitated large fasting events, both in Bali and in Australia. I bring together 30 people at a time - who have never even heard of fasting - to experience the bene?ts of fasting. They do it for seven days the ?rst time. Let me tell you that they lose weight! When they return to eating, I show them how to use raw fruits, veggies and good food. It's good to give your body a break.

I have found intermittent fasting to work wonders and many of my clients have had great success. this is best achieved along with healthy foods. but will work regardless of what you're eating. So what is it? Simply put, only eat from the hours of 12:00 Noon to 6pm and only drink water from 6pm at night to noon the next day. This gives your digestive system a break and also uses up glycogen stores in the liver after 8 hours, so for another 8 hours your body is burning trough fat. Try this for 3 weeks and I know you will see a difference. It's not easy the first few day but you will get used to it and begin to enjoy it. You will actually be hungry when you finally get to eat at noon.


  • Stop eating fat
  • Eat low calorie foods with high nutrition (fruits and vegetables)
  • Try water or juice fasting
  • Dont forget regular exercise and hydration!
